Diane Dimon, Dr.RS is founder and director of Matters of the Mind. She is author of the Meditation Training CD Finding Stillness: Essential Knowledge, Skills & Practice for Meditation.   

Dr. Dimon conducts seminars, retreats, private instruction, and personal coaching.  She has trained thousands of people to meditate since 1991, including businesses, hospitals, healthcare providers, universities, youth, and individuals from all walks of life.   

Dr. Dimon holds a doctorate in Religious Studies specializing in the study of consciousness, the mechanics of stress, and the mind-body connection.  She has practiced the many varieties of meditation for over 35 years, including Transcendental Meditation, Vipassana, Mindfulness, Breath & Mantra Meditation, Mental Imagery, Creative Visualization, Loving-Kindness Meditation, Kriya Yoga, Siddha Yoga, Centering Prayer, Zazen, HeartMath, and a variety of breathing and movement meditations.
